Barbara Huff is a Washington State native, licensed real estate professional in both Washington and Idaho, and trusted real estate advisor who has been serving buyers and sellers since 2008. With more than 18 years of experience, Barbara specializes in helping clients successfully navigate both the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate throughout Greater Spokane, Eastern Washington, Coeur d’Alene, and North Idaho.

Known for going the extra mile—sometimes quite literally—Barbara has never been afraid to travel to help her clients find the right property or successfully market and sell their home. She believes exceptional real estate service isn’t limited by a zip code. It’s about understanding her clients’ goals, providing honest guidance, communicating consistently, and being there from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Before beginning her real estate career, Barbara worked for Wells Fargo in escrow and spent more than six years as a personal banker. That experience gave her a valuable understanding of the financial and transactional sides of real estate and continues to influence the way she serves her clients today.

My goal is to make the process as straightforward as possible by keeping the lines of communication open, being direct and honest, and giving my clients the information they need to make confident decisions.”

Barbara’s understanding of relocation also comes from firsthand experience. Born in Edmonds, Washington, she moved with her family to Whidbey Island at a young age and later lived in Sedona, Arizona before returning to Washington. She has called Yakima and the Stanwood/Camano area home and, after more than 12 years in Western Washington, relocated across the state to Spokane in the fall of 2023.

Having experienced moves both within Washington and outside the state herself, Barbara understands that relocating is about much more than finding a house. It means learning a new community, establishing new routines and connections, and figuring out where you truly feel at home. That perspective allows her to relate to clients making local moves as well as those relocating to Washington or Idaho from another state.

Today, Barbara and her husband are proud to call the Greater Spokane area home. Being licensed in both Washington and Idaho allows her to seamlessly serve clients on both sides of the state line, from Spokane and the surrounding communities to Coeur d’Alene and North Idaho. Whether a client is moving across town, across Washington, or across state lines, Barbara brings local knowledge, extensive experience, responsiveness, and a personal commitment to making the transition as smooth as possible.

For Barbara, success has always been about more than completing a transaction. She strives to build relationships that last long after closing—providing the kind of service that means when she runs into a past client at the grocery store or coffee shop, they’re genuinely happy to see her.

Outside of real estate, Barbara and her husband share a love of cars and adventure. They enjoy working on their vintage muscle cars, attending car shows, exploring the country in their RV, checking National Parks off their list, and getting off the pavement for a little off-roading in their Jeep. Whether exploring somewhere new or enjoying life closer to home, they’re always looking forward to their next adventure.
